EDA Code of Conduct
Solace is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment to all attendees of EDA Summit 2021. All participants, including attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and all others are expected to abide by this Virtual Code of Conduct. The organizers of EDA Summit want the community to come together to learn from each other and create new collaborations.
Solace is dedicated to creating a harassment free summit for all participants, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Verbal, written or social communications of any kind that are insulting or harassing to any participant of EDA Summit will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be acting in this manner will be removed and banned from the virtual event by the organizers.
To provide an inclusive virtual experience, all participants are expected to:
- Be kind
- Be respectful
- Ask for help
- Communicate in a positive manner
To Report an Issue
Any participant that engages in inappropriate behavior either verbally, written or on camera while participating in the virtual event, maybe asked to leave the platform and be banned from the virtual event by organizers.
If you are being harassed or notice someone being harassed at the virtual event, or have any concerns, please contact the Summit organizers through the help desk on the virtual platform or directly email [email protected]. We want all participants to feel safe.
